The firm’s privacy policy

Read or download the Authentikos privacy policy. That page also provides the firm’s Form ADV and Form CRS.

Information used for your request

The portal collects contact details, retirement goals and financial estimates to prepare your requested snapshot and support follow-up. You can optionally provide account statements through the signed-in dashboard. Service providers support email verification, record storage, document storage and scheduling. Report preparation may use an AI service to assist with analysis.

Payments

Stripe processes paid-plan checkout. We send your email address and an account reference to connect the payment to your dashboard. The portal stores payment status and Stripe transaction references; card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe.

Saving on your device

If you choose “Save on this device,” your unfinished answers are stored in this browser with a seven-day expiry. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to access that draft. The form offers a “Remove saved draft” control and removes its saved draft after successful submission. Expired drafts are removed when you return to the form.

Cookies and usage information

Sign-in uses a session cookie. Public marketing pages may use analytics to help understand how the site is used. The portal’s analytics are disabled on intake, sign-in, verification, dashboard and administrator pages.

Edit your saved details in the dashboard, or contact connect@authenticretirement.com with privacy questions or requests. Avoid sending sensitive financial details by email.
